- Leading social and creator strategy for international A-brands including Apple, Nestlé, American Express, Real Techniques, Zalando, Booking.com, Netflix, Google, Philips, MINI, HP, Paula's Choice, Stokke, Amazon, Amazon Fashion, Amazon Ring, L'Oréal, La Roche-Posay, and Catawiki.
- Developing integrated social, influencer, and social commerce campaigns across organic, paid, and creator channels.
- Responsible for defining content direction, formats, KPIs, and strategic frameworks based on audience behaviour, cultural insights, and business objectives.
- Translating social listening, behavioural insights, and research findings into scalable campaign models and repeatable content systems.
- Building creator ecosystems, influencer frameworks, and international playbooks for multi-market activations.
- Designing performance evaluation systems and creative effectiveness frameworks that turn campaign data into actionable creative direction.
- Advising senior stakeholders and client leadership teams on social strategy, creator marketing, and long-term brand positioning.
- Managing paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok, including A/B testing, creative optimisation, and budget management.
- Coordinating cross-functional campaign execution across strategy, creative, media, and production teams.
- Leading end-to-end research programmes combining surveys, focus groups, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and social listening.
- Coaching teams and collaborating with an extensive creator and freelance network across the Benelux region.
- Responsible for editorial strategy, community management, and audience growth across social channels for live entertainment and community-driven platforms.

Education: MSc in Marketing Management and BSc in Business & Economics.
Languages: English (fluent/native-level), Italian (native), and Dutch (A1 level).
