- Over the past decade, held senior leadership roles at international agencies across Europe and the US, managing global and local campaigns for major brands in consumer goods, healthcare, technology, entertainment, and lifestyle (skincare, beauty, luxury, food, travel). Consistently delivered growth, operational excellence, and creative innovation.
- Directed integrated 360° campaigns, from strategy through execution, including new product launches, brand activations, social media, influencer marketing, editorial content, and video production.
- Built and nurtured strong client partnerships, often achieving preferred partner status and securing long-term agreements. Negotiated complex contracts and grew client business significantly.
- Led cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals, focusing on team productivity, collaboration, and well-being.
- Worked directly with C-level stakeholders to expand business opportunities by aligning agency capabilities with client needs.
- Oversaw multimillion-dollar budgets and forecasts, driving profitability (+20% margin improvement) and expanding scopes.
- Delivered high-impact new business results, including a 75% win rate within one year.
