Desired position: she seeks an in-house CX/UX leadership role where she can leverage her extensive background as a (UX) Lead, User Experience, and Digital Designer at both agencies and brands. Her goal is to develop and execute holistic business / UX / digital strategies that drive innovation for scale-ups or in-house creative departments.


  • Strategic vision & leadership: Define the overarching UX strategy aligned with business objectives, championing design thinking across the organization;
  • User research & insights: Conduct and interpret research to uncover user needs, translating findings into actionable design decisions;
  • Design direction & oversight: Guide the creation of wireframes, prototypes, and design systems, ensuring consistency and usability;
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to align UX outcomes with project goals;
  • Mentorship & team development: Support and coach designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth;
  • Stakeholder management: Communicate design rationale, present solutions, and negotiate trade-offs with leadership and clients;
  • Metrics & outcomes: Establish KPIs for UX improvements, leveraging data to refine and evolve the user experience.

Experience: 8 years as a (UX) Lead, User Experience, and Digital Designer at agencies and brands in diverse industries and global brands:

  • Lead UX efforts for high-profile projects and clients, shaping digital projects for global clients, ensuring they meet strategic goals, drive business results, and contribute to new business;
  • Guide teams to create exceptional CX/UX solutions, foster seamless collaboration, and drive design vision, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and client expectations;
  • Continuously optimize UX processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery, while successfully delivering impactful solutions for various projects, contributing to enhanced user experiences and driving business success.

Education: Design, Master interaction Design

Language: Native Dutch and fluent English.

Type of employment: fulltime available for a permanent employment.
Period of notice: 1 month.

Region: North-South Holland or remote for international opportunities.

Salary indication: € 6.500,- gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on secondary benefits.
